My review is only on the estimate/quotation process. I have not had any work done yet. Apollo came over to quote my garage. Mike was on time and pleasant. He explained the Apollo process first and then spent 5-10 minutes assessing my garage, doing measurements and putting a quote together. He explained the quote, gave me an option of cash payment with a 60% discount on labor (note that labor is 25% of the total cost so it's 15% off the total price) or 60 months interest free. The quote was fair compared to estimates I had read about. The contract was sent to me and I could e-sign everything. Done deal. Good, clean, quick estimate and quoting process.

We had Nathan come and give us an estimate on resurfacing are garage floor. What a gentleman and expert at his job. He is a true professional and was a pleasure to meet and talk with throughout the project that we are having done. He made us feel comfortable with the project and with Apollo Concrete Coatings process. I know if I owned this company I would definitely want him to work for me. He should be recognized for his professionalism as a salesman.

Our garage and porch are beautiful! Your crew of three guys were awesome - so polite and very efficient. They did a great job and we are so appreciative of them. However, at the same time we contracted with your company, we referred our daughter, Tonya Victor, to you. She also contracted and gave you a 40% deposit. You have canceled her twice , using the weather as the excuse. Her husband called 4 days or so before the last scheduled date and was assured that they could do it and put plastic over the garage opening and now they are told no one ever said that. Your company has an obligation to schedule a date with them asap and not promise to call and reschedule and then make no contact.

I am very excited to move forward with my project. Kevin has provided excellent consultation answering my questions which convinced me Apollo was the answer to beautify and secure my garage flooring.

Great experience from start to finish. Michael was professional and thorough on the design and the install team of EJ and Eric were awesome!!

The techs were at the house on time. We changed our plan and eliminated a small area around some air conditioning units. The guys got right to work and ground the surface. Next they repaired a small chipped corner of one concrete block. Then came the initial coat and chips were applied. We don't feel like they scraped the chips up well enough as the surface is a little rough. My granddaughter already has been cut falling on the coating. The final coating could have been applied more evenly as the surface doesn't look uniform with heavily coated areas and some areas that barely look coated. There were a lot of vinyl chips left around the patio that weren't cleaned up. It was a very hot day and the techs had another job to go to after ours. The techs were very courteous and said we would probably get a small credit for the change which we did get.

Had our 2 1/2 car garage coated today. Worker showed up on time but for some reason he was sent alone to do this job in 90°+ heat. He did a phenomenal job though. Very happy with the results, and we greatly appreciate his hard work.

Mike from Apollo Coating was on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and able to explain the work recommended, the process, and the benefits of the type of coating recommended. We were able to agree on a fair price and schedule timing.

Our next-door neighbors had Apollo do their garage three years ago and they still rave about it. Still looks like it was just done last week. So we just had ours done July 2. I thought the quote was reasonable for a three-car garage. Installers were outstanding. Only took them about four hours. We were expecting a full 8-to-10-hour day. They explained what they would be doing, the different steps and what to expect. When they were done they carefully spelled out the time it would take to cure and how long before we could walk on it, drive on it or put anything on it.

We had an Apollo coating done to our garage floor about 7 or 8 years ago and unfortunately a piece of the floor in the seam broke off and it looked pretty bad. We called the office and they sent Tyler to come out and look at it. He took pictures and said we would need a complete redo. Tyler came back and redid the entire floor, and it looks fantastic. Apollo stood behind their lifetime warranty, and we would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

When the project was complete, he took time to go over how to protect the floor while it is curing, when items of various weights could be returned to the garage, how to care for the floor going forward and how to treat any spills that might occur. Pete is very kind, knowledgeable, skillful and takes pride in his work. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The garage floor looks perfect!

Had Mike out for an estimate of coating our garage floor. He explained everything very well and answered all our questions. Looking forward to the installation.

The people that we dealt with from the estimator to the install crews were courteous and professional. The first install crew had a problem with the gray basecoat mixture. Rather than doing a poor job with that mix, they explained everything to us and felt that it would be best to leave the job as is and come back when they were sure they had a good mixture. The second crew came out 2 days later and finished the job. It is beautiful. We hesitated putting the cars back in because we didn't want to get it dirty. 😄 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apollo to friends or family.

Dealing with Apollo was professional from the start. They kept all appointments on time, sent email reminders and helpful instructions prior to the scheduled job. The crew was courteous and the 650 sq ft. job was done in 5 hours. Afterwards when I questioned a small blemish Apollo sent a man within days to evaluate my concern, he agreed and rework completed a few days later. Overall I am very pleased with the floor and all dealings with Apollo.

Nathan arrived on the time we set, he went ahead and explained the product thoroughly we had questions. He answered him very nicely. he then went on to describe the CONSTRUCTION. I’ll say end of the coding very detailed. Sounds like The materials will gel together very good and last for a long long time he gave us time to think between his presentation showed my wife, the pictures etc. and then agreed upon a price hopefully satisfactory to both ends. This is the second time we have used Apollo. The first time we had recently moved into our new home and they covered our patio and front porch. They did such an excellent job that we decided when it was time to do the garage we would call them up. Sure enough, three years later, they did not disappoint. Just Had Kevin at the house and thanked him for being Honest about the Condition of Our Old Garage Floor. It was too late( far gone ) to just do the Epoxy application. However he offered Another Alternative Solution with the Rubberized Application with a 10 year Warranty. We Appreciated the information from Kevin and Decided to have the Work Done. My experience with Apollo was excellent from start to finish. After two failed concrete paint painting of the floor we contracted Apollo Concrete Coatings for a permanent fix. The team of JoJoe, Hoss and Lamar arrived promptly and moved the freezer to the other side of the basement. The diamond sanding revealed several cracks which they expertly repaired. JoJoe explained each step as they progressed and they all were friendly and respecful. The final product is beautiful and should last our lifetime.

Canaan Phelps came to our hoem and assessted our garage for improvements and gve us various alternatives and showed us different colors and made a recommendation based on our situation explaining the costs of the alternatives and after our decision set a date for completion and provided a contract for the project.

We had our basement floor done this week. Consultation was quick and informative. The price was SIGNIFICANTLY better than a previous quote we had for similar floor coating product. The crew arrived as scheduled at 730am and worked their tails off for 7 hours. Extremely impressed with the thoroughness of the job they did. Grinding a concrete floor is very messy business and they did an excellent job vacuuming and cleaning up after. The floor looks great and will make a nice, durable, low maintenance, waterproof foundation to our future finished basement. Just a heads up, the floor prep does leave a ton of dust everywhere even with really thorough cleaning by the Apollo team. If you have one of these floors placed in an indoor space, set some time aside for yourself to thoroughly vacuum and wipe the walls/ceilings, etc. Well worth it given the final product. Would definitely recommend Apollo.

The workers who laid my basement floor were professional and pleasant. The floor looks great. My only complaint about the process is the amount of dust that now covers my basement waterproofed walls, waterproofed crawlspace, and items in the crawlspace. I had not anticipated that. It appears I will now have to hand wash those areas, which will be hard for me to do because of my physical condition. Nevertheless, I still hope to have Apollo put a polyurethane coating on my garage floor when I can afford it.

I saw an advertisement for Apollo Concrete Coatings this morning and decided to investigate their free estimate offer. I received an immediate text response and outlined my needs. Again, an immediate response and an offer to meet with their representative this afternoon. I agreed. Richard arrived promptly at 4pm our designated time. He carefully explained the process, the timeline for installation and evaluated my garage floor and prepared an estimate. He applied the 60% discount for installation and confirmed the $60 gift certificate. I was surprised at the reasonable cost and the availability of Nov 25th for the installation. I was impressed with Richard's friendly, no nonsense, no pressure style. He showed me other finished projects by Apollo and also had the 20 samples of flooring finishes. I am extremely pleased with the customer service I have received from Apollo and look forward to an equally pleased new garage coated floor. I recommend Apollo at this point and will let you know how the job turns out with my review of the complete job.

Our garage is transformed. Apollo Concrete was so easy to work with and communicated each step along the way. Highly recommend if you are considering epoxy to look into Apollo instead because they use polyaspartic coating which has many more benefits than epoxy and worth the price.

I have to write this good review, as I had previously written a less than favorable review, but the issue I had with Apollo Concrete was taken care of in a very favorable way. Sometimes it tells more about a company when things don’t go perfectly, but they do the right thing and make it turn out well. Thank you Apollo!

The entire experience, from start to finish, was wonderful. The quote process was low-pressure and took as much time as I needed. The installation was exactly as explained to me with no surprises. The crew was extremely nice, never asked for anything, did there job, and explained in detail all the things I needed to do to maintain my floor. The finished product was beyond my expectations.

The Apollo concrete coatings team of Santos, Shaun and Jim did our garage floor on October 23rd. They were polite, thorough and professional. They also went out of their way to be helpful. They turned a horribly spalled, salt encrusted floor into a bright beautiful masterpiece. While we painted as much of the walls as possible beforehand, their work totally transformed our garage into a bright welcoming space!! Had my 2 car garage floor done 7 years ago. Always loved the job done & recommended several friends to them. This year, had a small spot which bubbled up & called Apollo. Instead of patching the 2' x 1' section - they resurfaced entire front sections of my garage. Looks great - Tyler did great job. When they give guarantee - they sure stand behind their product! The two gentlemen were very knowledgeable and courteous. We asked if the finish would get slippery as we heard that about other companies. The Supervisor told us that they put grit in the final coat and we would have no problems with it being slippery. Apollo did an Awesome job with both the quality of their Product and the Quality of their Service. We are Very happy with the way our Garage floor, Patio Pad and Front Steps all came out. It’s beautiful and appears to be very durable. We were able to choose from many color combinations, and the color we “finally chose” complimented our house and deck perfectly. Our Apollo concrete coatings experience was absolutely phenomenal. They were in and out in just over six hours. The two gentlemen that came were both extremely knowledgeable and you could tell they took pride in their work. They took extreme care to fix all of the cracks and dimples in my concrete, which were a lot, and the final product looks absolutely stunning. I could not recommend them more!!

I only have great things to say about Apollo concrete. They were there on time of the installation. Santos and Shaun the installers were great they were professional and very knowledgeable and friendly. When they were finished Santos answered all our questions and concerns. When the garage was ready to drive on we noticed there was slight discoloration in the coating. I contacted Doug at Apollo and asked if it was a drying process I sent a photo to him and he contacted the service department. The next day they called and sent out the installers Santo and Shaun. It was just a curing and no integrity to the coating was impaired. But they said it didn’t meet their standards and they ground and reapplied the coating. They were done in 2 hours cleaned up and gone. Apollo is fortunate to have Santos and Shaun working for them. The floor is beautiful !! Thank you Apollo

Job done in one day, 22x22 garage floor looks unbelievable, friends are impressed. Original floor was pitted from salt, two large cracks, dirt and oil soiled. Needed grinding and leveling also.

The initial assessment, estimate and contract-signing process were very easy and seamless. Job is scheduled for early September and I'll provide an updated review after the work is complete. Lucas did an amazing job on my garage floor, which apparently was in worse shape than initially thought. He ground the old coating off, smoothed the concrete and put on a beautiful coat of "Wombat" finishing (the color scheme) which matches my house colors. He completely covered the sides too, which were cinder block and in rough shape. Job took just under 8 hours and there was very little dust on the stuff on the walls when he finished. The new floor looks amazing and will be so much easier to keep clean when I begin parking my car in the garage again for the winter. Thank you, Lucas and Apollo Concrete Coating!

They worked non stop, literally running back and forth to their equipment trailer as needed for supplies. Hands down, this is the best concrete coating company out there. They just finished our second job and wow! The results are perfection. This stuff lasts forever, looks fantastic and the skilled staff are punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

The garage floor came out very nice. When we could walk on it, we did find two small divits that need to be corrected. I emailed the service department as I was instructed. Waiting to hear back for someone to come look at the two spots. Hopefully I will hear back soon.

Professional job fully explained prior, during and after. It came out better than I expected. Adrian and his crew were on time, they arrived, explained what was going to happen and got to work. It was amazing to watch the process. When they were done there was minimal evidence left behind. Definitely an increase in resale value. I love my new garage floor.

Crew showed up 90 minutes late and neither one of them had ever backed a trailer into a driveway before per their own admission. 20 minutes later, they started the job. Overall, satisfied with the job although there were a few areas that were “messy” in appearance.

My estimate appointment with Doug Klein was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable about the product and he answered all of my questions with great detail. He was very patient with my lack of cell service at my house and really did a good job explaining the whole process and how Apollo coatings are different from other companies. I highly recommend at least meeting with Doug and getting an estimate for your home. I am so excited and cannot wait to see our finished product.
